For Chronic Arthritis and Pain

Dr. Bob and Susan Goldstein also suggest considering an NBT (Nutritional Blood Test) available through Healing Center for Animals.

The NBT will detect nutritional imbalances which are manifesting the conditions listed above. The NBT provides you with a customized nutritional powder that is individually formulated and linked to your Golden’s blood work.

If the NBT is something you would be interested in doing, you will need blood work; CBC, SuperChem, T4 and LDH, which is less than 3 months old, along with our Client Questionnaire and any other medical history from your veterinarian. It is also recommended to do a Follow Up Nutritional Blood Test (FNBT) in 3 months after the initial NBT, to re-evaluate the blood and to determine the healing activity.

The NBT would be very beneficial to your Golden Retrievers arthritis condition, if in the early stages. The NBT will help prevent the condition from worsening and the onset of greater pain or mobility problems.

Consider a Veterinary Acupuncture Session as acupuncture has been clinically known to assist in the healing of Arthritis.

Routine exercise is essential to maintaining adequate circulation and to get the juices flowing in the joints.

Also consider alkalizing or alkaline water, example (eVamor) or distilled water. Distilled water is free of inorganic minerals which lodge in joints, which contributes to arthritis resulting in pain. Warning: Distilled water may only be fed long term, if your dog is receiving plenty of fresh fruits, veggies and is on the Daily Health Nugget.

This program integrates with any conventional drug or treatment being administered. It may also help you in achieving your goal of reducing steroids or other medications. We strongly suggest that the reduction of steroids and other drugs be monitored by your Golden’s’ veterinarian.
