How To Do An NBT
If you do not have a recent blood test for your animal (with in the last 2 months) contact your veterinarian and make an appointment for blood work.
Bring with you to your veterinarian our Antech 9945 NBT Form and let them know that they need to fill out this form and give it back to you with the blood work (see below) and then fax all of it to use along with the Client Questionnaire (see links below).
Blood Test Needed:

- Printable version in PDF format of the client questionnaire
- Online version of the client questionnaire, which will be emailed to us
Then fax us at 888-353-4817 the blood test results (SuperChem, CBC, T4 and LDH) from your veterinarian. Once all proper information is sent to us, please call 203-227-4943 to confirm receipt by our customer service department. *You will be asked for your credit card information at the time of your call. Thank You.
Once we receive every thing we need to do the NBT for your animal we will fax it or email the results back to you and/or your veterinarian. Once you receive the NBT Summary please contact us with any questions and to order your animals supplements. We can walk you through how to properly implement your animals new protocol for wellness and longevity. You can also request a vet to vet consult to help your veterinarian understand the benefits of the NBT. |
